  Company Founded

  Nihon Tsugite Hanbai Co., Ltd. was founded on September 11, 1974, in Nakai, Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu, as a wholesaler of pipe fittings.
  The founding team consisted of fewer than five members. Without its own warehouse, the company began operations using a rented facility.
  Founder Yoshikazu Misumi lived in the warehouse with just a sleeping bag during those early days.

• 1978

  Head Office Relocation

  On 03/01/1978, four years later, the head office was relocated to Takamine-cho, Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu—its current location—to accommodate business expansion.

• 2000

  Expansion of Moji Warehouse

  In 2000, the company expanded its Moji Warehouse, significantly increasing its product lineup and achieving the largest inventory volume in Kyushu.
  Since then, the company has continued steady growth with rapid delivery enabled by ample stock and flexible distribution services tailored to customer needs.

• 2020

  Entering Manufacturing and Processing Services

  Following the acquisition of the Yamaguchi Plant in 2020, the company expanded beyond the procurement and sales of pipe fittings into manufacturing and processing services.
  This marked a new step as a wholesaler capable of both distribution and production.

• 2022

  Plant Closure

  In 2022, after fulfilling the responsibilities associated with the acquisition, the plant was closed to secure the company’s future.
