Without differentiated products, competition inevitably turns into price wars. By adding value, we create differentiated sales capabilities. This role focuses on strengthening our product capability in the triad of “product capability,” “sales capability,” and “manufacturing capability.” Our definition of product development does not necessarily mean in‑house manufacturing. Based on information and data gathered from customers, you will continually consider what the market currently demands and, as a trading company, identify and deliver superior and differentiated products—domestically and internationally—to create value. In addition to day‑to‑day activities, you will attend domestic exhibitions related to infrastructure as well as overseas exhibitions, and handle partnerships with manufacturers seeking to sell their products in Japan.

We support SMEs across Kyushu and the Chugoku–Shikoku regions by supplying pipe fittings and coordinating processing services for steel-pipe products. We aim to raise customer satisfaction through effective marketing and a differentiated product lineup. Our end-to-end sales process covers inquiries, quotations, delivery, and after-sales support.

Onboarding
Participate in CEO-led “Future Projects” study sessions and complete on-site training in the Product Division. You will then learn your assigned project’s operations under the CEO’s guidance.
