Rubber Gaskets

Applications
Used for low‑pressure flanges and unions. Select the rubber compound to match the service environment and media.
Joint Sheet Gaskets (Fiber Sheet)
Sheet gasket material made from fibers, fillers, and rubber; processed to the required shapes and offering high flexibility.
Applications
For high‑temperature piping and equipment where rubber is unsuitable.
PTFE Gaskets
Fabricated from PTFE (fluoropolymer) by die‑cutting and other processes.
Applications
Excellent non‑contaminating and chemical resistance; suitable for fine chemicals, petrochemicals,pharmaceuticals, food, and general industry.
Also usable as insulating gaskets.
Spiral Wound Gaskets
Semi‑metallic gaskets engineered for high‑temperature,high‑pressure service.
Applications
Provide strong resilience with controllable bolt load.
Widely used in thermal and nuclear power plants,
steam systems, refinery and petrochemical process lines, and heat‑transfer oil lines.
PF Gaskets / AV Packing
One‑piece EPDM construction; rounded ribbed surface delivers high sealing
performance.
Applications
PTFE‑coated variants are available for enhanced corrosion and chemical resistance.
Used in chemical plant chemical lines, semiconductor ultrapure‑water systems,seawater service in fisheries plants, and wastewater lines in food factories.
Extruded Rubber Profiles
Long‑length profiles extruded and cooled from rubber compounds.
Available in round cord, square cord,
semi‑round, P‑shape, a‑shape, U‑shape, etc. Non‑standard shapes require die tooling and minimum order lots.
Applications
Supplied in long lengths for cutting to size on site.
O‑Rings
Circular‑section sealing rings installed in grooves and compressed to prevent leakage of oils, water, air, gas, and other media.
Applications
Compact installation envelope and easy removal; seals effectively under alternating pressure from both sides.
Woven Fabric Gaskets
High‑temperature gaskets using glass fabric or biosoluble fibers coated with rubber.
Applications
Used in combustion and exhaust ducts, and on flanges with
significant warpage.
*Not fully gas‑tight; for locations where minor leakage is permissible.*
Three‑Sheet
Sheet gasket impregnated with a specialty viscous compound; when clamped, the compound seeps to enhance sealing and prevent leakage.
Applications
Used as an oil‑service gasket.
Gland Packing
Square‑section braided packing for shaft sealing.
Applications
For rotating, reciprocating, and helical‑motion shafts;
prevents pressurized media from escaping to the outside.
